Please fully charge them upon receiving the product before use. Check the wireless mode (default 2.4G mode). Long-press the “M” button to switch between Bluetooth and 2.4G mode. Keep the distance within 10 m for best wireless performance.

The headphones don’t work while charging?

The headset powers off while charging and does not support wireless connection. Only 3.5 mm wired use is supported during charging.

Issues when using the wired connection?

In wired mode, volume buttons, LED lights, and the microphone are not supported. Only audio playback works.
